Is there any contracts or fees?
There are NO contracts or fees.
How do I know when my bill is due?
You will be sent out 2 reminders and 1 invoice on your bill due date.
How do I pay my bill each month?
You can pay your bill via Cashapp, ApplePay, PayPal, or by mail.
Can I cancel my service at any time?
Yes. Since there are no contracts you can cancel at anytime without notifying us.
What if I experience buffering?
If you experience buffering we ask that you go into your settings and clear your cache. You can find the step by step instructions under troubleshooting.
How do I know if you can service my area?
Icontv can provide services in any area as long as you have internet.
